Maintenance

Yes, we have an on-site maintenance team available to address any needs or concerns. Additionally, our maintenance team is on-call 24/7 to handle any maintenance emergencies.

Amenities

Yes, our residents have access to two private parking garages within our main building. We also offer reserved parking for added convenience, so you always know where you’ll park each day. Our parking garages are controlled access, residents are given a parking tag for entry.

Yes, at The Can Plant, we are pet-friendly. We allow two pets, each with a maximum weight of 100 lb. The one-time Pet Fee is $400, and the monthly Pet Rent is $20 per Pet. Breed restrictions apply. All animals are subject to a Pet Screening.

Yes, Can Plant has a Bark Park with Dog Wash Station.

While our residences do not come furnished, we partner with trusted companies that offer furniture leasing services. We are happy to assist in coordinating the installation to ensure a seamless move-in experience.

We welcome appointments and walk-ins! Please feel free to park in the visitor area of our paking garage, found on Avenue A, just across the street from Best Quality Daughter (we'll validate your parking in our Can Plant Garage), follow the walkway to our Leasing Office, found at the corner of Muller and Karnes, just across from Food Hall and Pullman Market.

Our leasing office is conveniently located in our Main Can Plant building, at the corner of Muller and Karnes, directly across from Food Hall and Pullman Market, making it easily accessible to all visitors.

Can Plant is located in the heart of Pearl! We can be found at the corner of Avenue A and Muller.

Directions

Conveniently located off Avenue A nestled between Newell Ave and Muller St. Please feel free to park in the visitor area of our parking garage, just across the street from Best Quality Daughter (we'll validate your parking in our Can Plant Garage), follow the walkway to our Leasing Office, found at the corner of Muller and Karnes, just across from Food Hall and Pullman Market.

No - with your permission we can take care of your maintenance request while you are not home.
No, however our technicians are on call and nearby.
You can submit a request through our resident portal or call the front office of the Can Plant.
if you are locked out after hours you will need to call a locksmith for assistance, but we do however provide you with 3-apartment keys.
Yes, we have ample parking for our residents and guests at the Can Plant.
Our downtown San Antonio apartments offer a 24 hour gym, pool, clubhouse and much more!
The pool at the Can Plant is open to residents and their guests from 10am-10pm.
