Yes! Enjoy our newly enhanced homes. Please contact our property directly for more information about our newly renovated apartment homes.

Utility fees including Water, Sewer, Gas, and Common Area Utilities, may vary each month depending on usage and/or the square footage. These fees are subject to change at any time and may not apply to all residents. For more information, please review our Community Fees or contact the Leasing Office. 

"Buddy" can tell you more information about Can Plant Residences at Pearl, such as floor plans, amenities, pet policies, office hours, and even connect you with a member of the team.

While our residences do not come furnished, we partner with trusted companies that offer furniture leasing services. We are happy to assist in coordinating the installation to ensure a seamless move-in experience.

Maintenance

Yes, we have an onsite maintenance team available to address any needs or concerns. Additionally, our maintenance team is on-call 24/7 to handle any maintenance emergencies.

Amenities

Yes, our residents have access to two private parking garages within our main building. We also offer reserved parking for added convenience, so you always know where you’ll park each day. Please view our Community Fees page for reserved parking pricing. Our parking garages are controlled access. Residents are given a parking tag for entry.

Yes, The Can Plant Residences at Pearl is proudly pet friendly. We welcome up to two pets per apartment home, each with a maximum weight of 100 pounds.

We have a one-time pet fee of $400 and a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. All pets are also required to complete a Pet Screening Profile to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all residents. Our community offers luxury pet amenities designed for convenience and fun, including a spacious Bark Park and a Pet Washing Station.

Yes! Can Plant Residences at Pearl offers a Resort-Style Heated Pool, complete with an Outdoor Entertainment Courtyard, and an Outdoor Grilling Station equipped with a Pizza Oven.

We welcome appointments and walk-ins! Please feel free to park in the visitor area of our parking garage, found on Avenue A, just across the street from Best Quality Daughter (we'll validate your parking in our Can Plant garage), follow the walkway to our Leasing Office, found at the corner of Muller and Karnes, just across from Food Hall and Pullman Market.

Can Plant is located in the Heart of the historic Pearl Brewery, home to the Pearl Farmers Market, Stable Hall, Hotel Emma, Southerleigh Brewery, and an assortment of fine dining and boutique shops. 

Directions

We are conveniently located off Avenue A, nestled between Newell Ave and Muller St. Please feel free to park in the visitor area of our parking garage, just across the street from Best Quality Daughter (we'll validate your parking in our Can Plant garage), follow the walkway to our Leasing Office, found at the corner of Muller and Karnes, just across from Food Hall and Pullman Market.
