I would recommend anyone to live here if they are looking at the Pearl over and over again. My girlfriend and I will never forget our transition to Texas as the Can Plant played such an important and enjoyable role in that move. Thank You!

Coffee shops, great variety of food and drinks. Walking distance to anything you need. The splash pad is one of my favorites, my grandson can run around all he wants. I love how there's always something new going on. People are so friendly, we feel very safe. The Pullman Market has it all, you can shop, drink and eat all in one place. Strollers are allowed which makes it great and so convenient.

Love living here and plan to stay for awhile! The new Pullman Market that just opened up made this area even better than it already was. I love going for walks around the neighborhood with my dogs and meeting new people. But living close to my downtown office is the best part.

The staff is amazing. Very quick to help with any issues that may arise. The renovated apartments look fantastic. So much to do within walking distance there is no need to worry about a car or traffic.
